FAQs
What is a session like?
Sessions typically last 60-75 minutes. We start with getting to know you and your body. We work online so you can be in your space and see how the lessons you learn in coaching are applied in the midst of your everyday life. Each session is personalized to fit your needs. I lead you through gentle somatic practices, guided visualizations, journal prompts, and explorations to discover and remove your blocks to pleasure. We close our time by connecting with our bodies as we transition back to the remainder of our day.
How often do we meet?
We meet every other week so you have the opportunity to use the practices and observe changes over time. As with any learning, the time outside the coaching container is where the magic blossoms and solidifies.
What if I have questions and shares between sessions?
You are welcome to contact me via Voxer or Signal with questions or comments between sessions. I typically answer within 24 hours unless it is over the weekend.
Is this psychotherapy or somatic therapy?
I am trained in both of those modalities and they inform all I do. However, this is coaching and not psychotherapy or somatic therapy.
Meet Your Coach:
Ramona specializes in helping women, especially black and brown women, free their pleasure from the impact of growing up in conservative evangelical Christian spaces, including the purity movement. She is a highly trained and gifted intuitive self-trust coach, helping women who struggle with boredom in the bedroom to connect with their bodies and learn what they like, so they can ten times their pleasure and get their life glow on.
Ramona helps women hear and understand their body’s unique language so they can experience more pleasure in all areas of their lives, connect to their own inner knowing, and live out their heart’s wise song.
Ramona has led in person contemplative retreats in the Northeast and Midwest USA. She has led ritual, embodiment, and expressive arts events online with participants from all over the world. She is a punch needle rug hooking fiber artist with a distinctive style. Ramona is also a poet and gardener, who loves to read and always remains curious.
